Terms & house rules

These terms apply to every booking at Villa Grande Lux. They are kept intentionally short — anything that affects you specifically is also shown on the booking page before payment.

• Check-in Confirmed at booking
• Check-out Confirmed at booking
• Cancellation Cancellation window shown before payment
• Children Children of all ages are welcome.
• Pets Pet policy confirmed on enquiry
• Smoking Non-smoking indoors; smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Pool rules The pool is private and unsupervised — children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Security deposit Deposit terms shown before payment
• Payment Secure card payment online. Booking confirmed on successful payment.
• Taxes & fees All taxes and fees are itemised on the booking summary before payment.

Booking & payment

Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received via our secure payment provider. You receive booking confirmation by email immediately after payment.

Cancellation

The cancellation window that applies to your booking is shown on the booking page before payment. After that window, the booking becomes non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Damage & loss

Guests are responsible for the villa during their stay. We may charge a reasonable security deposit and recover costs of any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Conduct

The villa is in a quiet residential area. Loud parties and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area. Children are welcome but must be supervised, especially around the pool.

Liability

Use of the pool, grill and outdoor spaces is at your own risk. The pool is private and unsupervised.
